The motor adopts an optimized magnetic circuit design, uses high-quality silicon steel sheets and high-temperature resistant permanent magnet materials, and has abundant low-speed torque. When matched with the Ankete supporting stepper driver and turned on the subdivision mode, it effectively suppresses low-frequency vibration, resulting in lower operating noise and smoother operation. In the standard open-loop control mode, precise position control is realized by pulse signals, and positioning can be completed without an encoder. The system is simple to build and has low debugging threshold.
The product supports diversified options and customization: you can choose different shaft diameters and wire outlet methods; it supports the installation of electromagnetic brakes to meet the demand for vertical load anti-falling; it can also be matched with a planetary reducer to increase the output torque; meanwhile, a 42 integrated lead screw stepper version is provided, which integrates the motor and the lead screw to save equipment installation space. The whole set of solution has outstanding cost advantages, controllable temperature rise during long-term operation, overload tolerance capability and stable service life.
It is compatible with Ankete 42 series stepper drivers, has strong signal compatibility, supports pulse direction control, and can be connected to various PLCs and motion controllers.
